Buildings represent the largest potential for carbon reduction worldwide. This highlights need a simulation and optimization method energy management. The early design stage of buildings represents an important phase in which choices can be made to optimize parameters. These parameters focus on multiple areas, including thermal comfort. paper introduces early-stage sustainable building considering end-user consumption. It proposes model that integrates layers, consist parametric simulation, artificial neural network, genetic algorithm. proposed considers single objective function obtain optimal design. targeted goal is minimal consumption residential during stages.
